Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Courses with Offers: Refunds are not available for courses purchased with an offer.
- Pre-Recorded Courses: Refunds are available only if the course does not include a free trial lesson and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be processed if a free trial lesson is available.
- Live Sessions: Refunds are not available for live sessions.
- Course Materials: All course materials purchased separately are non-refundable.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for applicable scenarios.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will be issued only if the user has completed less than 5% of the course.
Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund, email courses@youngmentors.net with your request. If you do not receive a reply within 3 working days, you may follow up via WhatsApp or call 0725353503. Clearly mention the purpose of your refund request. Fraudulent activities may result in legal consequences.
Processing Time
Refunds may take up to 24 working days to process once requested.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available. Only full refunds are offered for applicable scenarios.
Refund Payment Method
Refunds can be issued as a full payment value of credit to be used on the platform or as an 80% refund to the original payment method.
Return Policy for Physical Items
Physical items, including course materials, are non-returnable. Returns are not accepted.
Exceptions
There are currently no exceptions to this refund and returns policy.
